Senior Fitness Classes
Keep active and stay young at heart with senior group fitness classes at Good Shepherd Medical Center. Improve muscle tone, strength, coordination and build cardio fitness in the following classes: Tai Chi:Work on balance and strengthening. Great for all ages! Try one class FREE!
